A najib44 account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Transferring, selling, or granting account access to another party is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the najib44 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the najib44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via the local payment methods listed in the Wallet section of your account, including DuitNow, bank transfers, and e-wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum limits that may change at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the najib44 account holder. najib44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are between one and two business days, depending on the chosen method and completeness of the information provided.
In the event of a technical error in the payment system that results in incorrect credits to your account, we reserve the right to correct the error and recover any excess amount without prior notice. Users are not entitled to profits derived from such technical errors.
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other financial obligations arising from their use of the platform or any winnings received, in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax laws. najib44 is not responsible for withholding or remitting taxes on behalf of users unless required by law.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
Najib44 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or system failures beyond our reasonable control.
Najib44's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the najib44 platform — including its name, logo, interface design, graphics, software, and text — is the exclusive property of najib44 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without our prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or illegal activity, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Najib44 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time based on operational needs, changes in law, or service improvements. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Language
These Terms are written in Bahasa Melayu as the primary language. In the event of any discrepancy between versions in other languages, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
